Although I’m certainly biased, fall is the absolute best time to eat seasonally! From the glut of end-of-summer crops to the onslaught of storage crops coming out of the garden, early fall is the absolute best time for eating seasonally the whole year!
Because of that, you’ll find lots of recipes to make the most of that late summer produce and the hearty crops, like winter squash, that start showing up at the farmers market.
