As much as we hate to admit it, meal planning is one of the most important practices we can possibly have in our lives.
Think about it…We all have to eat every single day. If you don’t meal plan, you’ve got to figure out what to eat each day, source it, make it, and eat it.
That’s not easy! You’re going to go through the stress of figuring out what to eat anyway, so why not do it ahead of time and let your days be less stressful!
It feels so much better to know what you’re going to eat and have everything you need for those healthy meals already in your pantry.
I know that sounds like something one of “those” people would say, but I promise you that even people who struggle with meal planning can become successful meal planners! (I even have a book about it in my shop – Make Over Your Meal Plan).
