Lavender Lemonade Cocktail

This easy lavender lemonade cocktail has two of my all-time favorite flavors. It's bright and cheery and is the perfect summertime drink!

Ingredients
Lavender Lemonade Cocktail

oz
lavender liqueur
1
oz
vodka

oz
fresh lemon juice
2-4
oz
sparkling water
as much as needed to fill the cup
Lavender Sugar Rim
1
fresh lemon
for sugar rim
1
tbsp
lavender sugar
Instructions
Run a lemon wedge across the rim of the glass. Dip the glass into lavender sugar.
Add the ice, lavender liqueur, vodka, and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water. If adding food coloring, do it at this time.
Stir to combine.
Serve with an optional sprig of lavender, mint leaves, or a lemon slice.
Notes
Recipe substitutions:
Replace the lavender liqueur with lavender simple syrup (equal parts).
Try using gin instead of vodka for more floral aromatics.
If you'd prefer to use lemonade, use it to replace sparkling water and lemon juice.
Orange and grapefruit are great alternatives to lemon.
