An easy infusion of lemon juice, zest, sugar, and water that will give your bakes or drinks a rich lemon flavor and pop of sweetness!

1 glass bottle or jar
Ingredients

cup
sugar
1-2
lemons
zested and juiced
Up to 1 cup of water
Instructions
Measure out the lemon juice and add water until you have 1 cup of liquid.
1-2 lemons,

Add to a small saucepan with the sugar and lemon zest.
1 cup sugar
Heat over medium low heat and stir occasionally. Remove from heat once the sugar crystals dissolve.
Strain out the zest, bottle, and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
