This cranberry honey mustard is the perfect condiment to slather on your turkey sandwiches, brats, and more! It's sweet, flavorful, and has just a hint of bite from the dijon.
Add the dried cranberries to a bowl. Cover with boiling water. Allow the dried cranberries to soak for 20-30 minutes or until plump.
3/4 c dried cranberries
Strain the cranberries.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
1/4 c dijon mustard, 1 TBS orange juice, 1 pinch kosher salt, 1/2 TBS honey, 3/4 c dried cranberries
Pulse at first, stirring to incorporate. Then, process until the mixture is incorporated and has a smooth texture.
Add to 8 oz jars and store in the fridge until use.
Notes
Don't skip the soak! Soaking the dried cranberries will plump them up and help you get a smooth, creamy sauce.Feel free to skip the orange juice or substitute a mild vinegar like white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
