DIY Lavender Pillow Spray
Trying to get a good night's rest? This DIY lavender pillow spray is made from lavender essential oil and alcohol, and will do the trick!
Equipment
- 1 tiny funnel
Ingredients
- 2 oz alcohol, or witch hazel
- 10-20 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions
- In a small jar, add the alcohol and drops of lavender essential oil.
- Close the bottle, shake, and spray.
Notes
- Always use caution when using essential oils with children or pets.
- Store your lavender sleep spray in a dark glass bottle (amber glass or blue) to preserve the freshness of the ingredients.
- If using water as a base, be sure to add a tablespoon of alcohol to kill any bacteria.
- Adjust the amount of oil used based on your preferences. Start with 10 drops and add more if needed.
