Instead of garlic powder, try using onion powder for a mellow onion flower.
Replace the garlic powder with 2-3 cloves of fresh minced garlic for a nice bite.
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a tangy twist on this delicious dip.
For a lower fat, higher protein snack, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream
If you don't have fresh chives available, you can add chive flavor with four teaspoons (1 1/3 tablespoons) of dried chives. Be sure to let the finished dip rest for at least two hours to rehydrate the chives.
This 6-ingredient sour cream dip recipe is naturally low carb, especially if you use mayonnaise without added sugar.
If you can't find chives, use some spring onions instead.
