Get organized the easy way in 2024 with this free printable calendar template! The download includes 12 calendar pages, with one for each month of the year, all set on a colorful botanical design to celebrate the seasons.
Who doesn’t love starting the new year with a fresh new calendar on January 1st? Although I use a few apps and digital calendars, I still love old-school wall calendars and display one in both my kitchen and home office. This blank calendar was designed to add a little seasonal flair to the calendar year.
The colors and backgrounds change to reflect the changing weather, seasons, and harvests. There are extra details that evoke the seasons, too, like little butterflies, bees, and bunnies, as well as a few berries here and there.
Since this free printable calendar is a PDF, you can easily print it in lots of different ways. Personally, I like to display 1-2 months at a time as a work calendar for my home office.
I use it to keep track of important dates and to know exactly when to schedule my posts and emails. It’s so helpful to have the dates at a glance, and there’s room to add your own events on the monthly pages.
If you print with cardstock, you can even set the pages on a plate holder for a fun tabletop display.

For best results, I highly recommend printing on cardstock instead of regular printer paper. Print at the highest DPI your printer can handle.

- Print using the system dialog box.
- Select the pages you want to print and click “Preferences.”
- Adjust all the settings there (heavyweight paper, landscape orientation, etc).
- On the Paper/Quality page, click the button that says “Advanced” and turn “on” borderless printing.
- Print and go.
Tips & Variations
- Need something a little smaller? Print the monthly calendar templates two per page for a half-sheet-sized calendar.
- This calendar would be great for college students! Add it to a 3-ring binder to keep track of any due dates.
- Print at the highest DPI your printer can handle. There is a lot of detail in the botanical designs, and they really pop at 1,200 DPI. You will need to manually adjust your printer settings.
- Use cardstock. Although regular printer paper will work, the rigid texture of cardstock is great for stiff calendar pages that will lay flat on the wall.
- Add 2-3 small binder rings to turn the individual pages into a complete binder.
